The format is based on a clear progression. The cocktail workshop first allows participants to discover gestures, balances and the rules of the craft. The experience then moves up a level with the cocktail trophy : Divided into teams of 5 to 7 people, guests imagine their own creation using a broad selection of spirits, fruits, vegetables, herbs, floral decorations and professional tools.
The result is immediate : The workshop is not something people watch, it is something they experience. Everyone finds their place, tests, exchanges, adjusts and helps build the group’s energy.
Each creation is assessed according to objective criteria: Balance of flavours, respect for measurements and originality.
The spectacle never comes at the expense of taste. This mechanism gives the cocktail trophy its playful and competitive dimension, while preserving the composure, fluidity and standards expected in a premium venue such as Mob House.
In a lifestyle setting such as Mob House, this type of workshop creates much more than entertainment. It installs a collective dynamic, encourages exchanges and turns the cocktail into a full experience.
The point is not only to entertain, but to create a strong moment consistent with the venue, its energy and its level of expectation.
This case shows that a cocktail workshop takes on another dimension when it is extended by a well-framed cocktail trophy. The initiation gets everyone moving, then the challenge creates emulation without breaking the fluidity of the moment.
At Mob House, this format naturally finds its place : It makes people participate, structures the group’s energy and leaves a stronger memory than a purely demonstrative animation.
