Mob House Saint-Ouen, a cocktail workshop and cocktail trophy

On 25 June 2025, So Barman designed a format at Mob House Saint-Ouen combining a cocktail workshop and a cocktail trophy for 36 to 45 participants, with a progression created to increase group involvement, stimulate creativity and install a genuine collective dynamic.

A participatory format designed to build group energy

Here, the challenge is not simply to offer a cocktail workshop. The goal is to give participants a structured, joyful and participatory moment, where learning prepares the challenge and the challenge gives depth to the experience. The result is a lively, elegant and unifying format, perfectly at home in the Mob House universe.

1. The context

Mob House Saint-Ouen
Date: Wednesday 25 June 2025
Participants: 36 to 45 participants
Format: A cocktail workshop extended by a cocktail trophy
Objective: To create a unifying, elegant and genuinely participatory animation

2. The setup deployed

2 bartenders, mixologists and trainers
Mechanism: Mixology initiation, learning 2 cocktails, then team cocktail trophy
Teams: 5 to 7 participants
Materials available: Wide range of ingredients and professional tools
Animation: Structured, fluid and perfectly readable

3. From cocktail workshop to cocktail trophy

The format is based on a clear progression. The cocktail workshop first allows participants to discover gestures, balances and the rules of the craft. The experience then moves up a level with the cocktail trophy : Divided into teams of 5 to 7 people, guests imagine their own creation using a broad selection of spirits, fruits, vegetables, herbs, floral decorations and professional tools.

The result is immediate : The workshop is not something people watch, it is something they experience. Everyone finds their place, tests, exchanges, adjusts and helps build the group’s energy.

4. The spirit of the challenge

Each creation is assessed according to objective criteria: Balance of flavours, respect for measurements and originality.

The spectacle never comes at the expense of taste. This mechanism gives the cocktail trophy its playful and competitive dimension, while preserving the composure, fluidity and standards expected in a premium venue such as Mob House.

5. A format in tune with the venue

In a lifestyle setting such as Mob House, this type of workshop creates much more than entertainment. It installs a collective dynamic, encourages exchanges and turns the cocktail into a full experience.

The point is not only to entertain, but to create a strong moment consistent with the venue, its energy and its level of expectation.

6. An animation that leaves a trace

This case shows that a cocktail workshop takes on another dimension when it is extended by a well-framed cocktail trophy. The initiation gets everyone moving, then the challenge creates emulation without breaking the fluidity of the moment.

At Mob House, this format naturally finds its place : It makes people participate, structures the group’s energy and leaves a stronger memory than a purely demonstrative animation.
