If we talk about cocktail entertainment rather than cocktail bars, it is because many of our bartenders are juggling bartenders. They practice what is called flair, a highly appreciated artistic skill.

With spectacular gestures, they juggle throughout their service with bottles, glasses and shakers!

As competitors, they work on their expertise as juggling bartenders every day. Their flair can be done throughout the service (working flair), or intervene in show mode and offer an intense spectacle. Or both: it is you who put the cursor where you want it!
